FINANCING AND
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS

The reservation fee for an apartment is CZK 115,000 incl. VAT.

20% of the total price of the apartment is paid upon signing the Agreement on the future purchase agreement (including the reservation fee for the apartment).

The rest of the cost is paid after the signing of the Acceptance Act.
